Antioxidants play an important in keeping your mouth well. Therefore, include salad and two fruits in your diet to keep your teeth strong for a lot of years. 

  1. Almonds and Raisins: Almonds and raisins are source of good cholesterol. They do not have sucrose and sugary components. That is why, their intake would not damage your mouth and teeth. Instead, these good cholesterol rich foods will provide more firmness to jaws and strength to gums. Therefore, include hand-full of nuts in your daily diet to ensure protection. You can include other nuts and dry fruits too to keep your mouth and teeth healthier for ages.

Tea: Tea is known to have polyphenols- a chemical that reduce or minimize the growth of bacteria which cause cavity and damage to the gums. There are many reports and researches which say that it is effective to rinse your teeth with black or green tea as they reduce plaque which water rinsing cannot result in. So, try to rinse your mouth with effective food to ensure healthy mouth and teeth.
